WFMU's Beware of the Blog made Google Earth into a location scout, using it to find nine places used in a bunch of movies: Heathers, Dog Day Afternoon, Logan's Run, Psycho, the Birds, Fight Club, and Friday the 13th (it was shot at a real summer camp in New Jersey). The above beach, in the resort town of Fregene, appears in the last scene of La Dolce Vita. Lats and longitudes are included in the post so that you can explore the sites on Google Earth yourself.
