Bad Service Travel: Miss Teen Louisiana Dines and Ditches

Don't try this on vacation: Lindsey Evans was stripped of her title of Miss Teen Louisiana after she left a restaurant without paying her bill.

With just 10 days left in her reign, Evans, 18, a broadcasting major at Northwestern State University, was at Posados Cafe in Bossier City, Louisiana with three friends when she ran out on the $46.07 check. "The service was so slow," Evans later told reporters, "we just said, 'screw it' and left." Unfortunately, she left her purse behind--with pot in it--when she ran. Oops!

She'll be booked for possession now, but the incident probably won't affect her career aspiration of becoming a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. But we ask you: Have you ever walked out on a check after being gravely disappointed with the service or the product?
